At Resotree, we are committed to providing a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at the resort, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Guests are requested to read them carefully and adhere to the guidelines during their visit.

1. Reservations

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the resort.
  • Bookings must be made through approved channels, including the official website.
  • A valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
  • The primary guest making the reservation must be above 21 years of age.
  • Room rates and package prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and government charges unless stated otherwise.
  • Advance payment required to secure and confirm reservations.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-In: 02:00 PM – 06:00 PM
  • Check-Out: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available subject to room availability and additional charges.
  • Resort facilities can be used only during the confirmed stay period between check-in and check-out timings.

3. Occupancy & Visitors

  • Resort occupancy is restricted to registered guests only.
  • Visitors, drivers, or unregistered individuals are not permitted within the resort premises without prior approval from management.
  • Rights of admission reserved

4. Children Policy

  • Children must always be supervised by a parent or guardian within the resort premises.
  • Children aged 12 years and above will be charged as adults unless specified otherwise in the package.
  • The resort will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages involving unsupervised children.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

  • Maintain decorum and respect fellow guests and staff.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and operational rules of the property.
  • Avoid causing damage to resort property or disturbance to other guests.
  • Observe designated quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

The management reserves the right to refuse service or request guests to vacate the premises in case of misconduct, illegal activities, or behaviour disturbing the peace of the resort & surrounding areas

6. Payments

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.
  • Payments must be made through approved payment methods such as UPI, card, payment gateway, or other authorised channels.
  • Purchase Orders (PO), cheques, or credit billing arrangements may not be accepted

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Any advance payment may not be refunded if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of check-in.
  • Late arrivals or early departures will not qualify for refunds or adjustments.
  • In case of no-shows, the full reserved amount may be charged.

8. Valuables & Personal Belongings

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
  • Locker facilities may be available for guest convenience. Subject to Availability
  • Resotree will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage

9. Breakages & Damages

  • Any damage or loss of resort property caused by guests during their stay will be charged accordingly.
  • The cost will be based on the replacement value or repair estimate and must be settled before checkout.

10. Food & Beverages

  • Outside food and beverages may be restricted within the resort premises.
  • Guests are requested to use the resort restaurant or designated dining facilities.
  • Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions should inform the resort team prior to consumption.

11. Resort Facilities & Activities

  • Use of facilities such as swimming pools, cycling, outdoor games, and adventure activities is at the guest’s own discretion and risk.
  • Guests participating in adventure activities may be required to sign a declaration or waiver form prior to participation.
  • Guests with medical conditions, physical limitations, or those under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed to participate in adventure activities.

12. Swimming Pool Rules

  • Proper swimming attire is mandatory.
  • Only nylon or polyester swimwear is permitted inside the swimming pool.

13. Cleanliness & Environment

  • Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness across the resort premises.
  • Waste, including cigarette butts, must be disposed of in designated bins only.
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.

14. Safety & Security

  • Storage of hazardous materials or dangerous goods within the resort premises is strictly prohibited.
  • Certain areas of the property are monitored through CCTV for security purposes.
  • Guests must follow all safety instructions issued by the resort staff.

15. Natural Landscape Notice

  • The resort is designed to preserve the natural terrain and landscape.
  • Guests are advised to exercise caution while walking in outdoor or uneven areas.

16. Photography & Media

  • Photographs taken by the resort’s in-house photographer in public areas may be used for marketing, website, or social media promotions.
  • Guests may request exclusion if they do not wish to appear in promotional material.

17. Alcohol & Substance Policy

  • Alcoholic beverages may not be available within the resort premises.
  • Illegal drugs or substances are strictly prohibited, and the resort will cooperate with law enforcement authorities in case of violations.

18. Pets

  • Pets may be allowed subject to prior approval from the management.
  • Pet owners are responsible for their pet’s behaviour, hygiene, and safety during the stay.

19. Liability

  • The resort management shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to property arising due to natural events, guest negligence, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • This includes events such as fire, flood, wind, theft, or other acts of nature.

20. Force Majeure

Resotree shall not be responsible for any disruption in services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Government regulations or restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Power outages or infrastructure issues

21. Website Usage

  • All content on the Resotree website, including images, text, branding, and design elements, is proprietary property of Resotree.
  • Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Agreement

By making a reservation, accessing our website, or staying at Resotree, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
