Terms & Conditions For Day Packages
At Resotree, we are committed to providing a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at the resort, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Guests are requested to read them carefully and adhere to the guidelines during their visit.
1. Booking & Payment
- All reservations must be made through Resotree's official website.
- Purchase Orders (PO), cheque payments, and Bill-to-Company (BTC) arrangements are not accepted.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- The balance amount must be settled at check-in via UPI, card, or payment gateway.
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Child Policy
- Children below 5 years stay complimentary with valid age proof.
- Children aged 6–11 years will be charged 50% of the applicable package rate.
3. Check-In Requirements
- Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory for all guests.
- Guests may be required to present their booking confirmation at the security gate upon arrival.
4. Food & Beverage Policy
- Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.
- Alcoholic beverages are not available at Resotree.
- Guests with dietary restrictions or food allergies are advised to inform the resort team in advance.
5. Resort Access & Facilities
- Re-entry is not permitted after entering the resort premises, except in genuine emergencies.
- Use of facilities is shared and exclusivity is not guaranteed.
- Facility availability may vary due to maintenance, weather, or operational requirements.
6. Adventure Activities & Recreation
- Participation in all recreational and adventure activities is voluntary and at the guest's own risk.
- Guests may be required to sign a waiver before participating in adventure activities.
- Guests with medical conditions, physical limitations, or under the influence of alcohol may be restricted from certain activities.
- Proper safety instructions must be followed at all times.
7. Swimming Pool Policy
- Pool Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Proper swimwear is mandatory.
- Only nylon or polyester swimwear is permitted inside the swimming pool.
8. Rain Dance Timings
- Slot 1: 11:00 AM – 11:45 AM
- Slot 2: 03:00 PM – 03:45 PM
- Slot 3: 06:00 PM – 06:45 PM
9. Guest Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
- Locker facilities may be available, subject to availability.
- Resotree shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Any damage caused to resort property will be charged accordingly.
10. Cleanliness & Environmental Responsibility
- Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness throughout the resort.
- Waste, including cigarette butts, must be disposed of in designated bins only.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
11. Dining Timings
- Buffet Breakfast: 09:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Buffet Lunch: 01:00 PM – 03:00 PM
- Hi-Tea: 05:00 PM – 06:00 PM
- Buffet Dinner: 08:00 PM – 10:00 PM
12. General
- Management reserves the right to amend policies without prior notice.
- By entering the resort premises, guests agree to abide by all resort rules and regulations.
