Standard Policy
- Cancellation 72 hours prior to check-in: Full refund
- Cancellation within 72 hours: One night retention charge
- No-show: 100% booking value charge

Date changes are subject to availability and prevailing rates.
Refund Timeline
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
Prior Booking Information – Resotree Guest Guidelines
To ensure a safe, compliant, and seamless guest experience, all visitors are requested to review the following guidelines before confirming their reservation.
Reservation Requirements
- Prior reservation/advance booking is mandatory
- Walk-ins may not be accommodated without confirmation
- All rates are exclusive of applicable government taxes
Identification & Age Policy
- Valid Indian Government ID proof is compulsory at check-in (Aadhaar / PAN / Driving License / Voter ID / Passport)
- The primary booking guest must be 21 years or above
- Guests below 12 years, elderly individuals, infants, or medically unfit persons are not recommended for camping or adventure-based activities
- A declaration and consent form must be signed prior to check-in
Food & Beverage Policy
- Resotree follows a self-managed beverage policy
- Guests carrying outside beverages (BYOB/BYOD) do so at their own responsibility and must comply with applicable local/state regulations, including check-post restrictions
- The resort does not serve alcohol
- Guests are advised to drink responsibly and strictly avoid drinking and driving
Standard Facilities (Included)
Complimentary access includes:
- Swimming pool
- Rain dance area
- Indoor games
- Outdoor recreational activities
All facilities operate as per designated timings and safety rules.
Pool Usage Guidelines
- Nylon or polyester swimwear is mandatory
- Guests must carry their own towels
- Children must be supervised by adults
- All safety instructions must be followed at all times
