Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- Valid government ID proof is mandatory at check-in
- Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and charges
Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: 02:00 PM – 06:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to:
- Maintain decorum and respect fellow guests
- Follow property safety and operational rules
- Avoid damage to resort property
- Observe designated quiet hours
Management reserves the right to refuse service or request departure for inappropriate behavior.
Payments
- Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm bookings
- Payments must be made through approved online or on-site methods only
Liability
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings
- Resotree is not liable for loss, theft, or damage unless caused by proven negligence
- Any damage to resort property will be chargeable
External Food & Activities
- Outside food deliveries may be restricted
- Use of swimming pools, cycling, and outdoor facilities is at guest discretion and risk, subject to operational guidelines
Force Majeure
Resotree shall not be liable for disruptions due to events beyond reasonable control, including weather conditions, government restrictions, or natural calamities.
